Aja Mahogany

I am a creator fueled by complexities. I delight in every genre from romance to drama, period pieces, musicals, comedy and action (I work out so that I’ll be ready when Marvel decides to cast me). I am especially keen on telling African American stories.
 
I’m also excited  by the vulnerability that comes with physicality and heightened text. Breakign down and puzzling together the likes of Shakespeare is my favorite part of the process.

I am a member of the Audio Publishers Association . Additionally I’m in  New Federal Theatre’s Solo Performance Coalition to create my debut one person play.
